This original apartment was planned by an architect in a quiet lane close to one of the main streets in Venice, within Campo San Polo - one of the most famous and large squares in Venice - and it is 10 minutes walk from the famous RIALTO BRIDGE.

The apartment is really only a few minutes walk from the public water bus (called 'vaporetto' line 1 SAN STAE), and it is situated near Rialto, the oldest area of Venice historic centre in a centuries old building, on the 2nd floor (North American designation, 1st European).

The entrance is through an independent door and stairs used by three apartments, with earthenware floor and original wooden beam ceilings. The nearest water bus stop on Grand Canal is SAN STAE water bus stop, here there is the stop of LINE 1 and ALILAGUNA Orange (direct fast boat from Marco Polo Airport to Venice Center San Stae). From San Stae water bus stop with the owner you reach the apartment, he give you the keys and all information about the home and the City. In the home you will find every information about the restaurants and food shops nearby the home.
