- 1 suite parentale avec salle de douche privative.
- 2 autres chambres se partagent entre elles une salle de douche.
Chaque salle de douche est composée d'une vasque, d'une cabine de douche et d'un WC.
2 chambres sont composées de lit en 140.
La 3eme chambre possède un grand lit en 160 avec sa sdd privée.
Au rez de chaussée vous attend une cuisine équipée avec lave vaisselle et tout le nécessaire pour bien cuisiner

Maison jolie, spacieuse et pleine de charme
Nous y avons séjourné 15 jours à 6 personnes (adultes) début août 2017.
Maison très jolie, spacieuse, bien équipée, très propre, fonctionnelle.
Wifi impeccable.
Barbecue agréable.
Jardin clos et intime.
Jolie terrasse ombragée.
Propriétaire sympathique, discrète, disponible et à l'écoute.
Attentive au bien-être de ses locataires.
La maison est située à la sortie-entrée du village, on est au calme mais pas au silence.
Parking facile.
Pour nous la location idéale de vacances.

Super accueil dans une maison au grand standing. Très bien entretenue et décorée, elle offre tout le confort pour un séjour agréable en famille. Grand plus, le jardin privé. À refaire avec grand plaisir

Large comfortable house located between Carcassonne and Toulouse
The house in Alzonne is large with three double bedrooms one en suite, a sitting/dining room a kitchen, a bathroom upstairs and a wc downstairs. There is fixed aircon in the sitting/dining room and we had a portable unit in the bedroom.
Outside there is a large garden with fruit trees and a bbq area.
The house is located between Carcassonne and Toulouse and is a 15 minute drive from the airport. Rail links between the two cities are very good and there is a railway station on the line at Bram about 5 kilometers away from the house.
The house is located in a small village with two boulangerie and there is a large supermarket and boucherie/charcuterie on the outskirts. There is a very good fish restaurant on the Canal du Midi just outside Bram.
We had a very good stay for two weeks in the house with Barbara the owner available if we needed her but we didn’t as the house had everything.

Très agréable
Qu'il est agréable de loger dans une maison très propre et très bien équipée!
La propriétaire est accueillante, discrète et à l'écoute, joignable par sms sans difficulté. Toujours dans le bons plans gastronomiques puisque chef à domicile (un plus non négligeable!) L'entrée est totalement indépendante maintenant. Jardin très sympa, avec une mention spéciale pour les siestes dans le hamac. La cuisine va bientôt être refaite pour être plus fonctionnelle. Décoration soignée, jeux de société et livres à disposition.
Alzonne est situé à 15mn de Carcassonne et de Castelnaudary, ce qui permet de visiter le Lauragais et le Pays carcassonnais sans trop de route à faire.
Je précise que la maison est située à la sortie du village ce qui occasionne pas mal de passage en voiture, on est au calme mais pas au silence. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir! Merci!

Very clean and tidy house, very friendly and correct owners
We stayed one week in this spacious and tidy house. We have 3 children. You have everything you need, even airconditioning. 3 beautiful large sleeping rooms with double beds, two bathrooms, 3 toilets. At only 15 minutes from Carcassonne. Beautiful region. Friendly and correct owners. We would definitely go again.

Unas vacaciones renovadoras
Nos alojamos en casa de Bárbara una semana y la verdad es que estuvimos muy agusto. A pesar de no entendernos del todo con el idioma, Bárbara es una mujer que se esfuerza por entenderte y porque te encuentres tranquilo y a gusto. Es muy discreta, no la vimos sino la llamábamos para consultarla algo. La casa está muy bien, es moderna, con decoración sencilla, la cocina un poco antigua pero con lo necesario para hacer cualquier cosa a la hora de la cena. La zona es preciosa, tiene muchos pueblecitos alrededor con mucho encanto, está muy cerca de Carcassonne y creo que conseguimos captar ese aire medieval y rural de esta zona de Francia. Estuvimos muy bin y lo recomendamos 100%

Excellent accommodation, helpful and friendly owner
We are 2 mature couples (60+), and were delighted with the accommodation. Barbara the owner lives next door and was on hand to immediately sort out any problems, not that we really had any. Just needed Matches to light the cooker..... Bedrooms and bathroooms are lovely, modern, clearly recently furnished. Whole house is great, and the outside garden is lovely to sit in with a sheltered area. We visited first week June and didn't really spend any time in the house - breakfast outside, and after days out spend the early and late evening outside. Very well equipped. We did however move a number of crockery items from the sideboard in dining area into the kitchen for the duration of our stay to save walking back and forth. There was a welcoming bottle of wine on arrival, and during our say Barbara popped some gorgeous home made cakes in - a real treat. We didn't get round to trying the TV. wifi worked well, always a bonus. We went to a local restaurant just over the road on one night - very quaint surroundings. We picked car up from airport and it's very easy to find the accommodation. I had looked previously on google maps road view and easily recognised the accommodation as we drove up . Central for lots of things in the area, and during our week, we did Carcassonne twice, Narbonne City and also the beach along with Guissan beach. Two cave visits, Limousin and Cabrespine, along with Saissac, Limoux, the bookshop town name escapes me.....Lac de Cavayere, and a number of other little areas round and about. Alzonne itself has a boulangerie, grocery, tabac etc at top of road and a lovely lake just a few minutes walk further one. Close to river as well. All very scenic. Did a fair bit of driving during the week - but roads are good and so easy to get around. Had a lovely time.

Une maison spacieuse et bien équipée à recommander
Nous y avons séjourné une semaine en août 2014. Un agréable séjour dans une maison spacieuse (une des chambres avoisine les 25m2), bien équipée (télé avec HDMI pour brancher son ordi et regarder des vidéos par internet, chaine-hifi Sony avec cordon pour écouter la musique via la tablette…) et qui offre la possibilité aux enfants de bien se dégourdir les jambes dans un jardin bien clos de 300 m2, indispensable quand, comme nous, on a quatre bambins.
Le couple qui partage sa maison (nous ne partageons avec eux qu’un couloir-escalier desservant les chambres de l’étage : ils y passent tôt le matin et tard le soir pour ne pas déranger le reste du temps) est très charmant et disponible si on a besoin de leurs services (problème avec la télé ou la porte d’entrée résolu immédiatement, et conseils avisés sur les restaurants du coin).
Un tout petit bémol au niveau de la cuisine bien équipée (grand frigo, congélateur) mais pas très pratique pour cuisiner et séparer de l’espace salon-salle à manger. Mais c’est bien là le seul petit défaut et ça ne nous empêcherait pas de la relouer si nous retournions dans la région (fort belle au demeurant : Carcassonne, les châteaux cathares, les abbayes, les circuits en montagnes).
A conseiller vivement donc.
