We spent 7 days in this cottage & it was everything we needed,
they have considered everything from a good selection of books & board games to the very well stocked kitchen.
It’s in a lovely little village which gives the feel of a community rather than tourist location.
Close links to everything from the beach to supermarkets & train & bus all walking distance.
We stayed with our children for a family holiday and this cottage gave us the base for a perfect summer holiday.

Nice, clean, tidy and spacious cottage. Good facilities if you are looking for holiday let for an extended family. We were there in September and enjoyed every moments of our time there. Joan, the owner, is very engaging. Thanks for letting us stayed at your cottage.

Fabulous stay in Cornwall
Me and my family stayed at Chyandaunce In Gulval near Penzance. The cottage was well equipped,clean and very spacious for our family. I would highly recommend booking it. We will return soon .

Great location and great value!
We booked this cottage quite last minute and it was really good value (suggest you contact the owner through the cottage website). The location is perfect for visiting this area of Cornwall including St Michael's Mount, the Minack Theatre and the beautiful beaches in the surrounding area. The cottage has quite dated fixtures and fittings so don't book if you are looking for modern and luxurious. However, it is spacious and clean and has everything you would need. We were out and about a lot so didn't spend a lot of time in the cottage but the upstairs lounge is light and spacious if you are inside a lot. Also, there is someone on hand close by if you have any problems (which we didn't). I would recommend booking if you are looking for a real Cornish cottage with a great location at a good price.

great value property
This property feels spacious, so much bigger than other available properties in the same area for the same price, you don't get a sea view but you are really close to lots of great places to visit, so you probably wont be spending a whole lot of time in the property anyway.
The whole place is lovely and clean and feels homely with lots of pictures on the walls and mismatching furnishings, no interior designers have been here!
The house is well built and stays cool even in a heatwave.

Wonderful stay at Chyandaunce Cottage
Chyandaunce was perfect, it was very comfortable and homely and felt like a really happy place. It hadeverything we needed and more. We loved the courtyard garden, it was lovely to sit out and relax, as you know we had glorious weather!
We used the bus and train to get around, enjoying the delights of Lands End on the Atlantic Coaster, Marazion, Truro, Mousehole
and of course Penzance. If we are in Penzance again we will certainly choose Chyandaunce.

Perfect place to stay
8 of us stayed(4 adults &4 kids). Very spacious house . Huge lounge and spacious bedrooms.Kids really enjoyed. We had a very nice and comfortable stay. Parking on site for two cars.
Information pack about the property is very useful. Would love to book again

Perfect!
Very child friendly place within walking distance to Penzance. Excellent spacious accommodation for three generations to move about without anyone getting in anyone else's way on the day we decided to stay in. Joan is very helpful and lovely, and the communication has been very prompt before, during, and after our stay. Will definitely book again.

The house has been in the family since the 19th century and is not just a 'business' for us. So we like to provide family accommodation that we would like to be in ourselves.

It couldn't get better
Lovely light house with everything you need to make your holiday comfortable. Parking on site is a bonus. Lots to do and see within a few miles. Will be coming back again as its just like home

Home from home
Ideal base for visiting Penzance and surrounding areas. Within walking distance of beaches, walks and famous landmarks. Clean and tidy house for up to eight people. Fresh bed sheets in all rooms. Well equipt kitchen, comfortable dining room and lounge. Great to be home after a day out.
