Placed in an EXCELLENT location, this luxury Penthouse apartment 'boasts' one of the very best placed positions on this complex! It has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard and is equipped with everything you require to experience real 'home from home' comfort to include SKY 'free to air' TV channels and all the main UK TV channels.

An added luxury to the interior has to be the 'very large' wrap around, fully furnished, south facing terrace with FULL SUN on the terrace all day! The terrace, one of the largest and well placed on the complex affords a full, south facing aspect, offering a 'SUPERB SEA VIEW' which will be enjoyed at all times of the day from sunrise to sunset and will provide many photographic opportunities across the Mediterranean and to the coast of Africa!

To take the stress out of your arrival & to ensure the start of your holiday goes as smoothly as possible, we will be in close contact with you prior to your departure to discuss all aspects of your holiday. We also include an excellent Meet & Greet service with a very easy to find meeting place (full directions from Malaga airport provided), this takes away all the hassle from trying to find where to pick up your keys in unknown territory! The M & G service includes a full tour of the apartment, an explanation of how everything works air con, TV etc & a general orientation to local facilities to get you started. Lastly our manager will be contactable throughout your stay in the event you need assistance with any aspects of the apartment!

My wife and I stayed in Sharon's apartment with our daughter and her family including 2 small children. The location was perfect. Lovely urbanisation slightly set back from the coast but overlooking the Sea. The penthouse Apartment was excellent. Our apartment is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and provides everything you need for a 'home from home' experience! There is a contemporary lit 'feature dome' in the dining area providing an enhanced dining atmosphere and comfy leather sofas in the lounge area for relaxing.

Lovely sea views are experienced from the dining and living areas as well as the master and second bedroom. Both the bathrooms are finished in high quality cream marble, both have baths with shower over and twin sinks in the master en-suite bedroom. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of space for your clothing and there are hairdryers in each bedroom for your convenience.

**SPECIAL** - All low season periods reduced to just £330 per week for stays of 3 weeks or more! (based on up to 6 guests)

The rates are per week for the apartment and include a Meet and Greet service, linen, towels (not beach towels, please bring your own), reasonable electricity/water usage and a final clean.

An additional £200 is required as a security deposit against any damages/lost keys, refundable once the apartment has been checked over by our management team.

We require a £150 or 20% (whichever is the greatest) deposit upon making a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure.

**During the high season period changeover days are on Saturdays**. During all other periods we can be more flexible, please enquire.

Personal holiday insurance is the responsibility of the person making the booking.

About the neighbourhood
Calahonda is an ALL YEAR ROUND RESORT and you will find plenty of bars and restaurants open throughout the year, the majority are English speaking so no problems in ordering what you want! The nearest bar/restaurants are a 5 minute walk.The closest golf course is only 2 minutes away! however the BIGGEST GOLFING COMPLEX in Spain at the La Cala Resort is only 15 minutes away with a further 30 courses under 20Km! Also for the sport enthusiast the large Costa Del Sol Tennis Club is also only 2 minutes away and has plenty of courts, squash, gym and sauna.Other than Calahonda's own Royal beach, two fabulous beaches(our personal favourites), ideal for children, with sun beds, beach bars, water sports and life guards in high season, can be found at La Cala and Capobino both only a 5 minute dri... more
Getting around
We always recommend car hire for the convenience of a self catering holiday and our location makes for such easy driving and quick access to all the other resorts, attractions and sights along this lovely coast and with your own car you can get about at your own leisure and timetable!
There is a small bus service which runs from outside the complex and takes you into the main 'heart' of Calahonda (2km) whereby you can access all the other major bus routes that service this coast and taxis are readily available at a cost of approx 6€ from the complex to Calahonda.
