This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment with 2 private gardens and direct access to garden area and pools area. The pools have been re-opened May 2015 after complete upgrading. There are plenty of clean and safe beaches nearby which has recently won awards for their hygiene and facilities)

Large living room with double glazed patio door and with dining area and feature fireplace. It is equipped with a digital TV, Sky(basic) box and DVD Player. Internet/wifi is also available with its access via a new android box to 100's of TV/Radio channels and the very latest films!

Bedroom 1: double bed. Bedroom 2: with twin beds
Lounge: double Sofa Bed. Both bedrooms have air con and heating units (so has the lounge!). There is plenty of storage space. Both bedrooms have patio doors which open out to private gardens...

Local (mason) resteraunt very good close to beach walkway recent addition to area really nice walk sea views etc ,near two supermarkets both good not overpriced,,

About the neighbourhood
If all the information about activities and tourist attractions sounds like hard work, the beach at Calahonda is only 5 minutes walk away from the apartment .

Being a garden apartment, access to the lovely Community gardens and pools is direct from the pergola and terraces! Also just across the road there is a wealth of small and interesting shops selling everything from fresh fruit and vegetables to hardware and from wine to your magazines and newspapers.

I stayed at the Medina apartment in September 2015. We've rented in this area for 10 years and this one ticks all the boxes. The location is the best we've had so far. Close proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, bank/atm , pharmacy. No need to hire a car. Calahonda beach a few mins walk away but...

Airport: Malaga Airport only 30 mins car drive away. Can arrange airport transfer: 20.0 km
Railway: Very reliable service evry 20 mins from Fuengirola: 10.0 km
Ferry: Malaga port good base for cruises around Med! Easy: 25.0 km
Only 30 mins from Malaga Airport but you don't really need a car to get around as the restaurants, shops, bars and the beach etc are very near to the apartment and the taxi and local bus service is excellent.<BR><BR>We can help with arranging for airport transfers to and from the apartment. Alternatively we can help clients arrange low cost car hire. There's a company nearby which offers day trips to a wide range of interesting places to visit at reasonable costs.
