Overview
Cabin -
2 Bedrooms , 1 Bathroom , Sleeps 4
Brithdir, Dolgellau, Snowdonia National Park, North Wales, Wales
We are now doing 4 nights at the price of 3 nights, midweek Monday to Friday, except the Summer where it is 4 nights for the price of 3.25 nights. The “Book your stay' form will get this wrong by 18% to 25% above the real rental price and we will correct this at invoice /Quote point. We are also doing a “no-Hot Tub price”. This works out on average to be £208 a week, or £109 on a short break reduction. We do limited 2 night extended stay breaks please contact us for a price. Please see “Owners notes” at bottom of advert.

Featured in The Guardian’s “Britain’s Top 10 Cutest Log Cabins”, Milk Wood is one of our Dog Friendly Snowdonia retreats with indoor Sauna, woodburner and WiFi, hidden in a clearing on the edge of the woods on the slopes of the Wnion Valley, within an exclusive small complex of private log cabin homes. We stayed with 2 children in April and it was excellent. We were sad that the hot tub was no longer in use as that would of made it for us. Although there is a sauna actually in the lodge which we used. We were...More

INFORMATION we require:

We need to know the full details of your party's makeup, children's’ ages, plus the age & breed of your dog(s), and any other details to help us ensure that your booking and price are correct. We need to know about babies for cots, but note it is not necessary to add babies to number in a party as long as they sleep in a travel cot and are less than 1 year old.
Please note that if your party is two adults, we assume 1 bedroom. Our prices are based on this. If you require separate bedrooms please make us aware of this.

Please remember, dogs carry a separate charge between £20 to £50 depending on breed and age. This is a flat fee, for the period. We do not take very large breeds, heavily moulting or nois...

About the neighbourhood
Brithdir

Brithdir is a small village; alas, no shops now like many villages, but quiet and unspoiled. It’s like travelling into the past, and is set on a hill side with view of Cadair Idris and the valley below. The foot entrance to the Torrent Walk, also located in Brithdir, is 0.5 Mile from the lodges.

The walk hosts a detour to the ruins of an old iron ore furnace from the early 1700s, and the remains of an old wool mi...
