4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 September 2015 for a stay in July 2015

Hi, We are a small family with two children and made our first trip to Wales. This cottage was such a beauty and we enjoyed putting on the open fire one evening. The owners have kept in mind all things that anyone staying here would want even down to the smallest items. Cottage was relatively clean. The bunk beds were ideal for my two sons. the location is convenient and we managed to take the boys to Henryd Falls & The National Showcaves. http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/article-1356405829918.

The shower had running hot water, so must be fixed!

Overall an excellet stay.

Management response:

We thank you for your positive review. We can't understand why the shower was lukewarm. We visit all the time and it is always hot.The whole system was updated a couple of years ago new shower new boiler and radiators maybe we need to put in our information manual more precise instructions as to how to use the shower.
