You will have your own privacy and no access to/from main house/ other basement suite(s). Please note that, if the channel is not charging the city tax(11% of total price) and cleaning fee(CAD 250) and the management fee i.e. the channel's commission (15-20% of total price), then the guests are required to pay at the time of their arrival.
