This beautiful, quaint and historic complex provides everything you may need. Located in between the center of Antwerp and the trendy neighborhood ''Het Eilandje', everything is within walking distance. The light studio is a perfect base for exploring the city and has a beautiful, large balcony. The Space: This studio of 40 square meters, is located on the first floor and accessible by elevator. Biggest draw is the fantastic balcony that overlooks the green courtyard. The light studio has a relaxing vibe with gorgeous, large historic windows. There is a flatscreen TV, a large, comfortable sofa(bed) and a kingsize bed. The kitchen is basic equipped (including a coffee machine and a water kettle) and there is a dining table. If you would like to use the sofa bed, please inform us so we can make all necessary arrangements. Guest Access: We have installed a lockbox on the premises. On the day of your arrival, you will receive a personal code to gain access to your key. Interaction with Guests: We give you all the privacy you want - however, if there's anything you need, you can contact us 24/7. The Neighborhood: The apartment is perfectly located for exploring the city. You will be in walking distance of the historic center, museums and the large shopping street (the Meir). But even better, the trendy neighborhood ''Het Eilandje'' (The Island) is around the corner. This is the oldest neighborhood of Antwerp and has been fully renovated in the past years - it has a unique vibe with the MAS (a museum with a fantastic and free view), great restaurants and bars. On the corner of the street (2 min walk) is a supermarket providing everything you might need during your stay. Getting Around: By taxi from the trainstation (Antwerpen-Centraal): Depending on traffic, usually around 15 euros. By public transport: There is a tram line that stops in front of the apartment. By car: Accessible by car. For parking there are 3 options: - Using one of the parking garages nearby, usually costing approximately 20 euros per day. - Upon request and in accordance with availability we can reserve a parking space for you at a 2 min walk from the apartment for 15 euros per day. Please contact us for more information as we only have limited spaces. - Free parking at the Vlaamsekaai, Cockerillkaai or Sint-Michielskaai. This is the only free option in Antwerp and about a 20 minute, though scenic, walk from the apartment. Other Things to Note: The studio sleeps four. As there are no seperate bedrooms, we would recommend the studio for a couple, close friends or a family with young children, as privacy will be limited.
