The dog should not be left alone at home. Please clean up any dog mess as you go. Acceptance at my discretion. I wld be grateful if you remove your shoes on entry.

I visited Chester with my daughter and my partner on a family visit. The property is very homely and cosy. The owner Paul was very helpful with fantastic communication. We had such a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and would love to stay again.

Perfect house
We stayed with my family for October Half Term. We were visiting friends in Chester and this was the perfect location. Within walking distance of everything. Local high street is amazing with butchers and coop and lovely bar Bluestone. Aldi in walking distance too. Walked into Chester for shopping and to Hoole for dinner.
The house is beautiful and Paul thought of everything with a very welcomed gift basket on arrival and milk in the fridge.
Will definitely book again.
Thank you Paul.

Fabulous holiday rental house
This house was lovely to come back to at the end of the day. It was modern and homely, and very well equipped. We also had a welcome basket on arrival with some food and drink essentials. It's not too far into Chester - about a 10-15 minute walk. It's about 10 minutes walk to Waitrose and some canal pubs and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it.

Very Pleased with this little Find
We stayed her over the Easter Bank holiday.
Communications with the owner Paul throughout were excellent and prompt.
Had no problems finding the house and parking.
The house itself was fully equipqed with everything we needed for our stay. Really well presented, really clean and tidy and plenty of space for us as a small family.
A short walk from the house into the centre of chester took us about 20-25 mins and that is with a dawdling 5 year old so if just me and the wife it would have been much quicker.
If we are visiting Chester again we will sure to be looking this up again! Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent, delightful, convenient residence.
We needed a two bedroomed spot for two adults, convenient for Chester. This little house has been exceptionally stylishly modernised and fitted out and is clearly well looked after by the owner. Beds and bedding were comfortable and welcoming, kitchen had everything we needed and if we'd had time we would have liked to enjoy the little garden space. Bus stops just round the corner made it so easy to get to the city without the car.
