A stylish and contemporary annexe/apartment on the outskirts of Falmouth. A ten minute walk down to the beach and nature reserve. There is a beach cafe and waterfront fish restaurant, as well as Elemental water sports centre. Compact but fully equipped, the annexe has an open plan living-room accessed from a private patio door. There is separate bedroom with door to an additional conservatory. There is a separate shower room off the kitchen/dining room. Built in kitchen with appliances including fridge with freezer box. The property is an ideal base to explore the surrounding area and Cornwall.

Stayed for 4 nights. Great location for visiting South Cornwall. 10 minute walk down the hill to Swanpool. Good cafe on the beach. Well presented accommodation and warm welcome from the owners. Good restaurants in Falmouth and enjoyed the Goan curry at Hooked on the...More

Last minute booking for a 3 night stay. Quick response from owners answering all our questions. The annexe had everything you need which made it like home from home. Thanks to Michael and Corinne for the wine and lovely cookies, a lovely welcome.
