A beautifully presented, newly built, three storey, semi-detached town house with 3 bedrooms, an enclosed garden, a decked seating area, and an allocated parking space. This modern house is furnished to a high standard, the downstairs comprises of a hallway with downstairs toilet/cloakroom, and an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room. The kitchen is a well equipped, fully fitted kitchen with integrated Neff and AEG appliances, including dishwasher, washer-drier, double fan assisted oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and cafetiere. The dining area is furnished with a solid oak table and chairs. The lounge area is light, bright and comfortably seats 6 and has a TV, DVD and media player, broadband internet connection with free wifi and sonos music player. There are full width bi-fold doors opening onto a south-east facing garden comprising of decked area with garden table and 6 chairs; and 2 steps down to a small garden. A barbeque is provided. On the first floor, there is a large rear facing double room with king size bed and TV with views over the town and harbour towards St Mawes. As well as a twin bedroom with views across the harbour to Flushing; and family bathroom with bath and electric shower. The master ensuite on the second floor has stunning harbour views, a king size bed, TV, and en-suite shower room. House benefits from gas central heating, underfloor heating on ground floor, radiators on top 2 floors. Linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. The many shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes of central Falmouth are a 5 minute walk away. Falmouth can also be used as a base to explore the Fal and Helford rivers, the Lizard and the Roseland peninsula. Popular, family friendly, Gyllyngvase beach is a 5 minute drive, 25 minute walk away. Both Gyllngvase and Maenporth beaches have cafes and great rock pooling at low tide. There are regular local ferries operating to a variety of destinations including St Mawes and Flushing. Or take a day trip up the river Fal or to the Helford River. For those more adventurous both sailing boats and motor boats can be hired on a daily basis; as well as Kayaks and Stand-up Paddle Boards. The Cornish Diving Centre is located within the town. Swanpool beach offers including surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, kayaking, canoeing and Stand-up Paddleboarding. Pendennis Castle and The National Maritime Museum host a variety or family friendly activities throughout the year, as well as hosting exhibitions. BF adventure, in nearby Penryn, offers a variety of outdoor family activities. There are many activities to do when the weather isn't so good, including an indoor leisure pool, cinema, ten-pin bowling, Star Glazers pottery and painting cafe, and Raze the Roof indoor activity centre. Why not visit the beautiful Trebah Gardens, Trelissick Garden or Glendurgan Gardens. Or enjoy one of the many local costal walks including the South-west costal path. Slightly further afield are Eden Centre Guests are welcome to use the fishing nets, crab fishing lines and body boards, located in the outdoor storage box. Please note that there are approximately 18 steps down from the road/allocated parking spot to access the house. In addition there are 2 visitor spaces (shared between 8 houses) and ample parking on the road. Sorry, no Pets allowed. More

We (family of four plus mum-in-law) stayed at Chi Lowen for a week. The house was immaculately clean with some of the best facilities we've seen yet. House is conveniently close to the town centre, local attractions etc. Fantastic views over estuary from upper bedrooms....More

There are regular bus, train and local ferry services within a short distance of the house which enable you to easily explore the local area. Many of the ferries and river boat trips start from The Prince of Wales Quay which is a 5 - 10 minute walk from the house.
