This beautiful home is new to the holiday letting market for May 2019. Refurbished and newly furnished throughout the property is contemporary in style and the owners have provided thoughtul extras to enhance your stay including a wood burning stove in the lounge, hot tub and hammock in the garden, garden games, BBQ and fairy lit conservatory with snuggle chair to name a few. Accessed at first floor level there are three bedrooms; master bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom with standard double and a third room which is arranged as a single but has an additional single trundle bed underneath for a sixth guest. All bed linens and towels are provided including beach towels. A short flight of stairs leads to the lounge diner, beautifully furnished and comfortable throughout with wood burning stove for cozy evenings in! The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped including electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and coffee machine. With the dishwasher there is no need to do any washing up but when you see the view from the sink you might be tempted! The conservatory is accessed from the lounge and from here a few steps lead down to the West facing patios and garden which get the sun from mid to late morning right through in to the evening. The outside area is carefully arranged with something for everyone, one patio is furnished with a table, six chairs and the BBQ, the second patio houses the hot tub and sun loungers, an area of artificial grass is perfect for games, there is a large hammock for those who wish to lay back in the sunshine and a grassed area at the the lowest tier. There is on road parking just outside the property or outside the garage. Looe town centre with its numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, pubs and beach is a 10 minute walk down the hill (will take longer on the way back up) or a 5 minute drive. The beautiful South West Coastal path is on the doorstep for those who like to walk and by car the many delights of Cornwall are easily accessible.More

About the neighbourhood
Local activities are plentiful and include sea swimming, coastal walks, fishing, tennis, golf, bowls, water sports, riding, etc.. The bustling port of Looe with its beach, harbour, shops, restaurants and pubs has lots to offer and the picturesque hamlet of Polperro is a ten minute drive. Plymouth is half an hour away by car with Truro & the north Cornish coast reachable in an hour. This is an ideal base for those who enjoy the coast, walking and the Cornish countryside. For the more adventurous, Adrenalin Quarry is just a 15 minute drive away and there are great cycle trails at both Cardinham Woods and Lanhydrock (bike hire available at each).
