Edendore is a striking semi detached house with garage parking complete with electric charge point (please note garage not suitable for low slung sports cars and maximum car length is 5.2 mtrs). The property is located just a two minute walk from the heart of Looe and the beach and has easy access to shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and the bustling harbour. The property has been beautifully decorated and has a modern, clean look whilst retaining all of the wonderful character and charm of the building. On entering Edendore there is a spacious hallway which provides access to the lounge. This is a beautiful room with a large bay window and window seat, there is ample comfortable seating for six, TVs in lounge (smart TV), kitchen and master bedroom. There is a door from the lounge leading out on the small balcony which gets the sun in the afternoon and evening. Also accessed from the hallway is the kitchen diner which includes gas oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. A flight of stone steps from the back door of the property leads to a small enclosed rear courtyard with garden furniture for two. Upstairs is the master bedroom, an attractive room with king size bed, wall mounted TV, built in wardrobes and dressing table. There is also a second, bright twin bedroom and a third bedroom with a single bed. The spacious, modern family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle with mixer shower, plus wc and wash hand basin. From the double and twin bedrooms there are views of the river over the roof tops. Upstairs is the loft space which has two single futons and a new en suite shower room with wc and wash hand basin. Edendore is the perfect base for a family holiday being spacious, well equipped and offering stylish accommodation. It has lots of character, all mod cons including wifi and parking and is within a stones throw of the beach, town and harbour of ancient Looe.More

A fabulous house, it surpassed expectations, it’s well equipped and comfortable with a wonderful view, it’s close to the beach and the nearest pub is 2 minutes away. Compared to other properties the hill is nothing to worry about

Just had a weeks stay at Edendore and loved it. Even the walk back each day got easier. Cottage has everything you need for a great stay. Looe is full of great places to eat with many being Gluten free. Will return in 2018

Local activities are plentiful and include sea swimming, coastal walks, fishing, tennis, golf, bowls, water sports, riding, etc.. The bustling port of Looe with its beach, harbour, shops, restaurants and pubs has lots to offer and the picturesque hamlet of Polperro is a ten minute drive. Plymouth is half an hour away by car with Truro & the north Cornish coast reachable in an hour. This is an ideal base for those who enjoy the coast, walking and the Cornish countryside. For the more adventurous, Adrenalin Quarry is just a 15 minute drive away and there are great cycle trails at both Cardinham Woods and Lanhydrock (bike hire available at each).
