Esa Cottage is one of a kind. built on a brand new development here in Newquay, however this property has been furnished to a very high standard with very high quality home furniture and furnishings,

The lounge is very comfortable with extra details added. the TV is wall mounted, and there are patio doors leading to the back garden.

the kitchen is well equipped and includes dishwasher and washing machine.

Downstairs also has a guest WC

upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a large family bathroom

The back garden is split into two levels is very secure for parking with gates which are lockable. to add to this there is a shed to hose your surfing equipment and other items.

The train station is 5-10 minutes walk to the Coach/Bus station on Manor Road. Alternatively, take a taxi from the rank opposite the train station. The trip should take no more than five minutes. There is a regular bus service from Manor Road to Pentire Avenue and the bus stops are minutes from the apartment.
Newquay Aiport is only 7 miles away with flights to and from Manchester, Gatwick Liverpool, Scotland, Germany, Portugal, spain and many more
