This is truly an amazing apartment and location. Brand New in 2010, modern award winning apartment block, very well equipped. South facing for sun all day, which is rare in Newquay as the town faces North. Secure Car park behind the building with no height restriction. Many other New apartment blocks on Headland Road, Zinc, Azure and Cribbar have under ground Car parks so you may not get in with a roof box. Newquay is a lively town very popular with both young and old. There are many Night Clubs, Pubs, Restaurants and shops which make the town center very lively and a true year round destination. About the neighbourhood
Newquays main attraction has to be the beaches there must be more than 10 sandy beaches all around the town, great for not just surfers. Fistral Beach is home to our national Surf Centre, many of the beaches have surf, as well as Watergate Bay which is just 10 minutes by car away.

The Town itself is a year round vibrant centre with many Shops and . There is a large retired population as well as the younger surfer crowd which all co exist very well. Newquay has something for everyone Newquay is somewhere you will go back time and time again.

By Road: Post code TR7 1HN is the official post code but is two doors down! Use TR7 1FN. Head to Newquay, when you are close enough you will see Brown Signs for 'Fistral Beach'. Follow these all the way to the beach and the Pearl apartment block is the second to last one before the Sea. Take the small road on the Town side of the block, sign posted 'Little Fistral', which will lead you to the secure parking at the back of the apartment.By Air: Newquay has its own air port connecting directly to much of the UK. The airport is about 20 minutes drive from the apartment. There are plenty of Taxis and Buses.
