We booked the penthouse apartment on a whim after Googling "hotels with pools" in Newquay. When we looked at the pictures, it seemed too good to be true - a classy looking apartment with access to the shared hotel pool and short walk to the beach right in the centre of Newquay. Just returned from a weeks holiday, would highly recommend the location is great, everything you need in apartment including wi fi and with teenagers that is a plus. Hotel staff could not do enough for you. It was lovely to stand with open windows looking out at sea. Thank you Hannah. more

Wot a lovely place, everything u need and the hotel on hand if theres any problems. Loved its position, central but away from any noise from pubs etc. Wud definitely go again. more

Deposit - A 40% deposit is to be paid at the time of booking with the balance (remaining 60%) due six weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque or paypal
Payment by bank transfer is preferred.
In the case of late bookings the balance is to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Booking is normally Saturday 3pm – Saturday 10am
Short or mid-week breaks may be arranged in low season
Booking should normally be through completing the booking form on the website or by contacting the owners
Bookings are only accepted from those aged 18 or over
The apartment must be paid for in full before access is granted
Additional guests - The agreement applies only to the guests as listed in the
completed booking form, and any changes should be discussed with the owner. Overnight guests are not permitted without prior arrangement with the owner.
Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
