The house benefits from a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area which makes it the ideal place for families sharing or friends getting together.

An inner glazed door leads directly into a light and airy sitting room with comfortable lounge seating facing a gas fire, a large flat screen television and sliding patio doors leading to the garden.

Just returned from a lovely week at Swallowtails. The location is perfect giving easy access to local shops and beach which is only a ten minute walk. The accommodation is spacious and well maintained with ample parking for cars. Very highly recommended for a large family or group of adults.

On our arrival we were met by the owner, who advised that he would be returning every day during our holiday to collect a trailer out of the garage that he needed for work. Although it states that there is parking for several cars, the owner keeps both a car and a caravan on the drive so we were then...

Thank you for the review. We will respond to each point as we go along. Re - parking. Yes there is parking for 10/12 cars if necessary. There was a small touring caravan in the corner away from the house along with an used car belonging to the owner. this being said it still left parking spaces for another 10...

The directions by road from Bristol are as follows:
Take the M5 motorway South towards Exeter.

Drive down the M5, after Exeter services (moto), approx 3.65 miles branch left onto the A30 (signposted Bodmin, Okehampton).

Continue on the A30 into Cornwall past Launceston and Bodmin.
Leave A30 sign posted Newquay A392.
Continue along A392 until you reach Quintrell roundabout. Take 3rd exit.
Continue for approx 1 mile. At the Porth roundabout 1st left. Continue for ½ mile, take 2nd right Trerice Drive, continue to the end of the road and turn left.
Swallowtails is 20 yards on the right.
