The accomodation is set over 2 levels with the living area on the top floor to take advantage of the views via a 4m wide patio window and balcony. The top floor is set out as an open plan living space including a lounge, dining area and kitchen, which is equipped to the highest levels. New kitchen appliances include Bosch oven, microwave, washer dryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and the lounge has a corner sofa, feature chair and entertainment unit. The second bedroom can be set up as a twin or zipped super king bedroom. Both have a Smart TV on the wall. The third bedroom has built in bunks, with full size 3ft mattresses and storage areas. Outside is private parking with your own designated parking spot, a shared seating area overlooking the beach and a large communal storage area ideal for surf boards, kayaks, deck chairs and beach equipment. This storage area also has a cold shower facility for after sea wash down.More

You could not wish for a better place to stay. The apartment had everything you would want. It was warm, comfortable, spacious, easily accessible with a magnificent view across the beach. Oh to wake up to that every morning. Simply stunning. The location was excellent....More

Newquay is a vibrant town populated by lovers of surfing, diving, fishing and all manner of watersports. Its amenities include the Lighthouse cinema, a zoo, an aquarium, many and varied eating establishments and a lively nightlife scene. Close by are attractions ranging from The Minack theatre, the Eden project, Bodmin moor, Bedruthan steps, Lappa Railway as well as many family orientated theme parks. If you add to this the close proximity of towns such as St Ives, Padstow, Perranporth and Truro, you can see that it is an ideal location for a holiday to suit the needs of every member of the family!
Getting around
Should you manage to drag yourself away from beautiful Porth beach and the immediate vicinity, then there are may wonderful beaches, fascinating attractions and villages or spectacular scenery close by but more easily accessed by car. There are, also, local buses and numerous taxi services on hand too!
