This is the area in the far south west where the TV series ’Poldark’ was filmed. Ocean Blue is also close to transport connections such as the main line station and road links, providing an excellent base for those wishing to explore the delights of the far west, south, or rugged north Cornish coastline, popular with surfers. Penzance has art galleries, sub-tropical gardens, cinema, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Stroll along the promenade past the art deco open-air lido to the fishing harbour of Newlyn, continue along the coast to the picturesque harbour and tiny village of Mousehole famous for its Christmas lights. The historic town of Marazion is just 10 minutes away with access to St Michael’s Mount across the tidal walkway or by ferry.
