Dining area to seat six with Sony TV. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Sitting Room & Conservatory: Spectacular views across St Ives bay. Decorated in a relaxed coastal style, including original character features and wooden floors. Log burner, TV, Playstation/DVD, Wi-fi, bluetooth speaker/radio, books and games. French doors lead out to the decked terrace and garden. Master Bedroom: King size bed and panoramic views across the bay to Godrevy lighthouse. Bedroom two: Double bed and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom three: 3ft bunk beds with a cot also available. Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.

By Car: Take the M5 towards Exeter or Plymouth (take the A38 from Plymouth) join the A30 into Cornwall. By Train: Paddington London (FGW) or Glasgow (Virgin) to Penzance, Alight at St Erth for St. Ives. Gwithians Reach is a short walk or 5 minute taxi ride from St. Ives Station.
