A washing machine is located under the stairs on the ground floor. The striking dining table comfortably seats up to four guests and is perfect for family dinners or for that special celebration. It has the bonus of a lazy susan, so you don’t need to stretch to far for that bottle of wine! Located on the ground floor the master bedroom is modern with a seascape vibe, Juliet balcony and wonderful sea views. The bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed, ample storage, small dressing table with flat screen TV. The second bedroom is also on the ground floor and offers flexibility with twin beds that can be linked to form a king size bed upon request. It has ample storage and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Both bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms. Off the master bedroom is an ensuite with large bath, WC, wash basin, and heated towel rails. The ensuite off the second bedroom has a large walk-in shower, WC, wash basin, and heated towel. There is also an additional cloakroom on the ground floor. The enclosed, private decked courtyard is a real gem.
