The Tresulians are situated approximately 300 yards from the heart of the village and just 50 yards from Tavern beach. Located on a quiet, private road, this apartment boasts stunning views across Falmouth Bay as well as towards the mouth of the Percuil River. The property is accessed by way of a set of steps through a tiered garden with the entrance to upper Tresulian at the rear of the property at the top of a further flight of steps. The apartment is superbly fitted out by the caring Owners. 2 comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room plus an open plan kitchen / dining area and sun room which is a great place to relax and enjoy the views. The kitchen has a range of equipment. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, washing machine / tumble dryer. The sitting room area has a flatscreen Freeview TV & DVD player, radio and iPod dock. There is WiFi available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. Parking facilities for 1 vehicle. Regrettably no smoking or dogs are allowed. There is a cot & high chair available. General Booking Information Arrival / Departure is normally a Saturday. Short breaks are available during quieter periods. £200 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.More
