ACCOMMODATION
Dartmouth Harbour Heights is an upside-down house & comprises 2 main floors referred to as: TOP / GROUND FLOOR & LOWER FLOOR. All rooms have spectacular 180° river & sea views with one exception, Bedroom 6, which overlooks woodland. The house is furnished using largely natural materials.
The accommodation is spacious (3600 sqft /1097m) & is very flexible with:
6 bedrooms (5 separate & the 6th inter-connected - see Beds 3 & 4 below)
Sleeping for 14 in separate/individual beds
The 4 single beds mentioned in Bedrooms 5 & 1 are moveable to any other bedroom.

An absolutely stunning place to stay the view was breathtaking, ( harbour views of the sea) especially with the balconies in the living and bedroom.
Ann was a very conscientious host. She took the time to make sure everything was ok especially with parking!
A remarkable well kept property, great for a big group of people. The walk down to harbour only minutes away the walk up very steep but doable!!

Stunning accommodation
A beautiful home in a stunning location with amazing views. The accommodation was perfect for our large party of 12.

Wow wow wow
We had the most amazing week at Dartmouth Harbour Heights. 14 of us travelled from Kent to suprise our mum for her 70th birthday and we couldn't have picked a better accommodation. Everything was superb, absolutely stunning views from the bedrooms and balcony, very spacious and has everything you need for larger groups. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and would like to thank Ann for being so on the ball with everything to make our stay super special. We will be back!

Fabulous place. Fabulous views.
Dartmouth Harbour Heights was a fabulous place to stay. Very helpful contact with the owners before, during and after our stay, stunning views and the most amazing house. Clean, well laid out and great for large groups with plenty of comfortable seating, a great kitchen and lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. It's a challenging walk up from the town if you haven't got a car, but so totally worth it. Very highly recommended.

Stunning property with the best views in Dartmouth!
This has to be the best property in Dartmouth for large groups. And did I mention the views??? Spectacular.
We were a party of 14 adults attending a family wedding and looking for accommodation that would allow us to spend time together. Harbour Heights certainly delivered! The rooms are all generously sized, the bathrooms are fabulous and the decor is modern and very recently refreshed! Our only regret was that we could only spend two nights here.
And Ann could not have been a better host. We left a personal item behind and thought it might be gone for good but Ann and her team saved the day!!
We can’t wait for another opportunity to visit.

Dartmouth Harbour Heights
This excellent accommodation lives up to its promotional video and more. It was extremely spacious, light and airy for our extended family of nine. The view to the harbour (binoculars supplied) is outstanding. When we visit Dartmouth again, this house will be our first choice. The proprietor, Ann Buckingham, makes herself available any time to help get the best out of your stay. We left Dartmouth full of praise for every aspect of our visit.

Beautiful House with Breathtaking views
It’s a beautiful house with breathtaking views. We went to celebrate two birthday with the family. in total we were 17 with a dog, and the house was big enough to accommodate everyone very comfortably. everything provided is of very good quality and standard. Had absolutely amazing time. Would highly recommend to family and friends and will be returning soon.

Fantastic stay. Best views in Dartmouth. Stress Free.
Fantastic stay at Dartmouth Harbour Heights.
Plenty of space for the 7 of us.
Beds extremely comfortable.
Everything provided for a comfortable stay, loved the walk in showers.
The views were to die for and from every room.
Great communication from Ann who could not have done more for us, and was in contact throughout and checking everything was ok for us on arrival.
Would recommend 100%
The hill was very steep but 4 of us approaching 70 year old managed it on 2 occasions.

The photos just didn’t do Ann’s house justice! We were just blown away by the views and size of it ! So much space for the 13 of us and everything we needed was on hand. We booked to eat out Saturday but even considered staying in as the views were so stunning. A perfect special occasion venue. Where you can relax with friends and take in the beautiful views of the river Dart.
