The main bedroom on the first floor has a superking bed (6 foot wide) with room for a travel cot and overlooks the park. Remaining bedrooms have single (4 foot wide) and two standard doubles. One of the standard doubles is an Ikea sofa bed, suitable for everyday use, which is supplied with a topper mattress for comfort. About the neighbourhood
A lovely residential area, quiet and family friendly with easy access to the University and the city centre. The property is situated on a no-through road so a very peaceful location. Exeter city centre is within easy walking distance. It's in a quiet residential area, with local amenities including a nearby Waitrose and directly fronting onto the delightful Belmont Park. There are lots of good places to eat and visit locally. Information will be provided in the guest handbook, but some great places are: Exeter quay - 1.3 miles away or 2km - numerous bars and restaurants on the water front combined with the availability of bike and boat hire. There's a fantastic cycle path down both sides of the estuary. Get to the lovely Turf Locks pub for a waterside lunch by bike, foot or boat! ...
How to get there
A rear courtyard garden with raised seating area – perfect for an early morning coffee or evening tipple. The home will be exclusively for guests use, we want you to enjoy your stay and have employed a management company called AirSW to help assist (if needed) during your stay Each bedroom has a wardrobe, desk lamp, bedside table, chest of drawers and mirror.
