About the neighbourhood
Our Exeter location, next to Belmont Park and the Clifton Hill Sports Centre is in a conservation area, walking distance from Exeter Cathedral, the Princesshay shopping area and the Quayside.

Exeter’s central Devon location offers extensive opportunities for day trips, including the south and north Devon coasts, Cornwall. Dartmoor and Exmoor, the Jurassic Coast, Bath and Bristol.
Getting around
There is easy access to a wide range of communications - the M5 motorway is 5 mins drive, the airport, 15 mns, bus and railway stations with a 15 minute walk. London is less than 3 hours by train. Nowhere in Devon and Cornwall is further than a 2 hour drive.

We are also ideally located to explore other beautiful areas in Devon and Cornwall such as the Jurassic Coast, River Exe Estuary, Dartmoor and Exmoor.

The south coast of Devon is easily accessible. To the east is the Jurassic coast from Exmouth. To the west is Torquay, Paignton and Brixham, Totnes, Salcombe and Plymouth. Why not try letterboxing on Dartmoor?

The north coast is also accessible by rail via the Tarka Line, to the surfing at Croyde Bay, Woolacombe, and to Exmoor.

From M5 J29: Exit M5 at J29 to Exeter, follow signs to city centre. Proceed to roundabout, take 4th exit signposted to Exeter Business Park, Ambassador Drive, 2nd exit at next roundabout into Cumberland Way. Fork right into Pinhoe Road, continue 2 miles until roundabout. Take 1st exit at roundabout and then 1st exit into Belmont Road, which runs past Belmont Park into Clifton Hill (which is one way). Clifton Court is on the left, next to no 15.Sat Nav note: Enter 15 Clifton Hill, EX1 2EL for precise directions.
