Our ExeterSelfCatering accommodation is an extremely spacious, tastefully furnished and very well-equipped, ground floor apartment. It forms part of a historic Georgian building, where the period features are complemented by modern comforts, including full double glazing and gas central heating throughout.

Situated in a very quiet area of central Exeter, a short walk from the city centre, the apartment is located on Clifton Hill, a leafy Georgian terrace next to Belmont Park.

There is a reserved space in the secure, gated rear car park. Unlimited, superfast broadband - up to 76Mbps - is on hand throughout the apartment.

The apartment is independently owned and managed - we'll personally greet you and can be contacted whenever needed.

Many thanks for your kind words. We agree that iFood Thai Taste in Sidwell Street is a great local choice. The new food and drink trail is worth checking out as well.

Really the most perfect accommodation. Phillip is the perfect host. Absolutely can’t fault anything. Great location, parking space is a huge bonus, great beds, great shower, great internet. The scones Phillip leaves for new guests is the icing on the cake.

Great stay in Exeter. The flat was very well equipped and the scones were an additional treat. Would recommend and hope to return next year.

About the neighbourhood
Our Exeter location, next to Belmont Park is in a conservation area, walking distance from Exeter Cathedral, the Princesshay shopping area and the Quayside.
In the city centre you can visit the Cathedral, one of the oldest and most beautiful in England and shop at Princesshay with over 70 of the best high street names together with a mix of specialist and independent shops. A relaxed vibe, ancient and modern – all can be found in the city. At the Quayside there are multiple option for climbing, canoeing, kayaking cycling walking along the River Exe.

Exeter’s central Devon location offers extensive opportunities for day trips, including the south and north Devon coasts, Cornwall. Dartmoor and Exmoor, the Jurassic Coast, Bath and Bristol.
Getting around
There is easy access to a wide range of communications - the M5 motorway is 5 mins drive, the airport, 15 mns, bus and railway stations with a 15 minute walk. London is less than 3 hours by train. Nowhere in Devon and Cornwall is further than a 2 hour drive.

We are also ideally located to explore other beautiful areas in Devon and Cornwall such as the Jurassic Coast, River Exe Estuary, Dartmoor and Exmoor.

The south coast of Devon is easily accessible. To the east is the Jurassic coast from Exmouth. To the west is Torquay, Paignton and Brixham, Totnes, Salcombe and Plymouth. Why not try letterboxing on Dartmoor?

The north coast is also accessible by rail via the Tarka Line, to the surfing at Croyde Bay, Woolacombe, and to Exmoor.

From M5 J29: Exit M5 at J29 to Exeter, follow signs to city centre. Proceed to roundabout, take 4th exit signposted to Exeter Business Park, Ambassador Drive, 2nd exit at next roundabout into Cumberland Way. Fork right into Pinhoe Road, continue 2 miles until roundabout. Take 1st exit at roundabout and then 1st exit into Belmont Road, which runs past Belmont Park into Clifton Hill (which is one way). Clifton Court is on the left, next to no 15.Sat Nav note: Enter 15 Clifton Hill, EX1 2EL for precise directions.
