Perfect stay, accommodation was clean and all household appliances provided. Felt safe and secure and Stuart was really friendly and easy to reach by email and phone.

We really enjoyed our stay in this modern apartment and felt really at home. It had everything we could possibly have needed. The secure parking and elevator were a big plus as was the location. The cremyll ferry was only a few minutes walk away and less than ten minutes to be in Cornwall! A nice walk to the Hoe...

This accommodation is excellent in every way. A major plus is that there is secure underground parking, with lift access to the apartment. It is situated in a very pleasant area, within easy walking distance of Royal William Yard and on a bus route into the city centre.

This apartment block is serenely quiet and peaceful, not suitable for noisy parties I'm afraid as would be disrespectful to the other guest and residents.

An excellent location to explore Plymouth's waterfront. Very conveniently located apartment 5 minutes walk to Royal William Yard with it's excellent restaurants and bars, RWY also has a passenger ferry around Plymouth Hoe to the historic Barbican area of Plymouth. Very close to Plymouth City Centre, Brittany Ferry Terminal, Princess Yachts and the Cremyll passenger ferry for trips over to beautiful Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park in SE Cornwall. From here you can walk the coastal path round to the beautiful coastal villages of Cawsands and Kingsands and further on to the remote beauty of Rame Head and Whitsands. Arriving by car on the A38 from Exeter don't take the first exit to Plymouth City Centre but rather carry straight on over the flyover until you reach the Manadon junction (Plymouth Argyle exit). This avoids the city centre and associated congestion.
