Amazing find! We booked 10 Clarence as part of a university reunion and it was perfect. It sleeps 5 comfortably and is situated in a newer area of Plymouth we were unfamiliar with but it had lovely views and some great restaurants. Thanks to Phil for being very helpful with everything. A definite find and one we will return too.

What a fabulous choice - Royal William Yard/Drakes Wharf. We had no idea where to stay in the Devon area and decided on Plymouth because of its proximity to both regions not realising it did not have a great reputation for being a nice town to stay in.
