It's located in the quiet suburb of Plympton, 6 miles from Plymouth. There is free parking in the street outside the property.

We have easy assess to the A38 by car which can take you to Exeter or into Cornwall we are also on a bus route which can take you to Plymouth City Centre and Plymouth Hoe.

On the outskirts of Plympton but only a few miles from main road into Plymouth and city centre. Very comfortable bedroom and attached shower room plus an excellent well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area with Sky TV and WiFi. Recommended.
