It is laid out as 5 Beds and 3 bathrooms and gym plus an integrated 2 double bed annex with living Room, family kitchen and dining room and 2 bathrooms one being en-suite, ideally suited to those who pay most! Interaction with guests: We live very close to the house so are available if you need anything. We can meet and show you where everything is located so you can fully enjoy your stay. Should you require an additional laundry change or clean during your stay let us know and this can be arranged for a fee. We appreciate its your holiday so do not want to be in your way but if we can help in anyway, feel free to ask. We know our area very well and would be happy to talk through all of the social amenities available upon arrival. We expect you to have a really peaceful, relaxing stay and we shall do everything when can to assist in this objective.

The house was perfectly laid out, equipped, clean and ideal for our large family group for 3 nights stay during the Bournemouth Air festival. We didn’t need for anything. Highly recommended to anyone wishing to visit Southbourne and Bournemouth. Richard was very attentive before, during and after our stay. The house is amazing and perfectly laid out for a social family get together if you require plenty of space. We are keen to book again for next year

Best ever holiday home
We had a wonderful stay here this summer. Richard was so helpful and took us around the house showing us how everything worked. He also provided artisan bread and biscuits and tea coffee and orange juice! We have never stayed in such a well provided house. The beds are super comfortable and the house was immaculate. Even freshly tumble dried beach towels. It’s only a ten minute walk to the beach path and less than five minutes to the local Co-op. I can’t praise the house enough. Hoping to stay again next summer

Fantastic house for a large group!
If you're in a hurry - BOOK NOW, while your requested dates are available, this is a no-brainer, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
For those who like to do more detailed research:
We were a group of 6 people traveling for work purposes (video production) and Richards home met all our requirements and expectations. The house is large and there are plenty of rooms (I think 7 in total) that are very well furnished, offer privacy, and have super comfortable beds, pillows, and linen. The house is very well stocked, with all the amenities listed, including a gym, barbecue grill, and quite a spacious garden area. It was squeaky clean when we arrived and we also had complimentary wine bottles. There are clear instructions on how to operate everything, access codes, and 4 sets of keys. Honestly, I could go on and on, it's easier to list what was missing - nothing. I am running out of characters for this review, so the last thing I want to mention is that Richard is the most helpful host!

Large property with a beautiful interior and plenty of space and privacy for large groups looking to be near the beach
Beautiful house in a perfect location for large groups looking for seaside adventures in a relaxing, well appointed, and stylish setting. Great space to be together, but plenty of room and bathrooms to have privacy and comfort away from the group. The complementary local biscuits, artisan bread and plentifully supply of coffee capsules, was a lovely welcome. Richard was the prefect host, helping us settle-in and a great communicator.

Richard's place is amazing!!
We are a group of 10 families and friends and we had so much fun in the house and at the beach (5-10 minutes walk from the house!) in Bournemouth. The rooms are clean, big and comfortable, with brand new supplies. Richard is very kind, walked us around the house to show us everything and prepared some drinks and snacks for us which we enjoyed a lot!

Excellent Home for a Family Get Together
This is my third attempt to provide a published review on this property which we booked through Holiday Lettings. Initially I responded by text and secondly to an email from Holiday Lettings. I am persevering because we have stayed in many large properties (14 of us - 8 adults and 6 children) in many parts of the country and this was by far the best and well deserving of a 5 star rating. The house has modern decoration, furniture etc and extensive equipment. The owner, Richard, is very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to two minor issues we had - one in the gym and the other with the blind. He also let us have access to part of the property well before normal check in time, for which we were very grateful. It is only a few minutes to the beach and with two good family pubs 10-20 minutes walk away.

Family Holiday
Found this property online 6 months ago and it looked perfect for our family holiday. It did not disappoint. The house is a 10 minute walk (with 2x 3 year olds and a 1 year old) from the fantastic beach at Southbourne.
Public transport to Bournemouth, Boscome and Poole is nearby and frequent.
The open top Buster’s Bus leaves from the beach and you can get day ticket for family, valid on all Yellow buses.
The house, “Greenlea” is 5 star from the minute you arrive with fresh artisan bread, coffee pods of various flavours and 2x bottles of chilled wine in a basket supplied.
We comprised 7 adults and 3 children.
The garden and outside seating are superb…and I used it often, after returning from the beach and getting the granchildren settled. They loved the space (very safe) and had great times running about.
Everything needed was there, even towels & windbreaks to take to the beach.
The bifold doors from lounge to garden was wonderful as we had fantastic warm weather for the week we were there.
If we get the opportunity again to get the family together, I will definitely be back. In fact my wife and I may use the self contained annex if we are heading south in the future. We would love to spend some additional time in Christchurch or Mudeford on our own, and the property is a mile walk (or a river taxi ride) away from Christchurch.
Richard was a great host was happy to provide support when requested.
Definitely recommended, you will not be dissatisfied with this excellent property.

Family Holiday in Southbourne
Just a short note to endorse my comments already provided to our host Richard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Foxholes which is a spacious and adaptable property, spotlessly clean and equipped above and beyond. Richard was the perfect host, meeting us on arrival and showing us around the property. He was also a mine of information on local facilities and points of interest to ensure all the family were entertained. We will certainly consider a return trip.

Beautiful property in fantastic location
The property is in the perfect location - a quiet street, with plenty of parking available on the drive, a Coop a short 3-4 min walk away, larger supermarkets a short drive and the beach less than 10 mins walk. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need, literally everything you can think of is there. It was spotlessly clean and well laid out for the family get together. We utilised the garden a lot, including the BBQ. The welcome hamper and little extra touches (birthday balloons as Richard knew we were celebrating 2 milestone birthdays) were fabulous little extras. Everyone commented on how lovely the house was and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to base ourselves while we were down in Southbourne.

Perfect house for a large family staycation!
Richard was an amazing host. The house is gorgeous and perfect for a large family. Very close to the local beach’s and amenities. Not far from Bournemouth beach by car or the lovely sand banks.
The house has everything you need for a staycation. Richard was helpful with recommendations and even a lovely welcome basket.
Would highly recommend!
