Having stayed here for the second time we could pack more efficiently as everything we needed was at the apartment. This included plenty of towels, childrens toys, selection of DVDs etc plus tea/coffee/biscuits and bottle of wine on arrival. From time of booking, we had a fantastic stay. We had a lovely greeting pack, explaining everything. Communication was excellent. Even Julia's sister text to make sure everything was ok at beginning and end of the week, as Julia was away. A non refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the balance due six weeks before your stay. A reminder will be sent by email two weeks before the final balance is due. Bookings made eight weeks or less before the start of the rental should be paid for in full at the time of booking. For bookings made at short notice, the booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of an online bank transfer. Payment on arrival is not available.

We can accept credit and debit card payments (subject to a 3% surcharge), online bank transfer, cheques and Paypal (subject to a 3% surcharge). A security deposit of £150 is required at the same time as the final balance is paid (no surcharge is payable on the security deposit if this is paid by debit or credit card or Paypal). This will be returned to you at the end of your stay after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment has been completed.
