Well appointed property; located in central, quiet area close to beach, shops and town. Good value for money. Responsive, flexible and professional letting staff. Would be happy to rent in future.

The property was checked before the arrival and it was in immaculate order. We note that they cleaned at the end of the visit and the cleaning company would have cleaned after the visit.

Southbourne is a popular holiday resort and is a suburb of Bournemouth. Situated between Boscombe and Christchurch, it offers a pleasant beach and a host of nearby visitor attractions. Southbourne Beach: Southbourne is one of Bournemouth’s quieter beaches, popular with bathers due to the fact it has no sudden shelves or rip currents. This sandy beach has good access facilities and a Kids Zone scheme to ensure parents find lost children quickly. The beach’s most popular feature is its seafront restaurant bistro which is open all year round.
