The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. It has everything you need for a 3 generation family, making it feel safe and comfortable with small children aged 3 & 1, parents and grandparents. Highly recommended. Good email communication with the owners beforehand. As other respondents have noted the cottage is in an excellent location. All bed linen and towels are included (without any extra charge!)
Electricity and gas are also included.
There is a £100 per week non returnable deposit to secure a booking (deposit is 20% when booking via Holiday Lettings).
Final payment is required 6 weeks prior to the start of the letting.
A further £100 breakages deposit is required at time of final payment and will be returned during the week after the letting subject to no breakages/extra cleaning.
Short stay in low season possible - please enquire - min stay 3 nights.
This is a family house so only families and couples only.
