With its 4 large bedrooms ( 1 King, 3 twins and no bunks!) ,3 bathrooms, a large kitchen/diner seating 10, comfortable lounge ,utility room and large entrance hall for buckets/spades and walking boots, this is a real holiday house. The house is on 3 floors.There is a large entrance hall off which is a kitchen/diner seating 10 with french doors to the terrace garden.The lounge has a woodburning stove and 40in TV with BT TV & Sports and a DVD player. The utility has a washing machine, tumble dryer and second fridge. Wifi access and iPod/ Bluetooth player. On the first floor is the master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, the second bedroom with twin beds and a family bathroom with shower over bath. On the top floor are 2 further twin bedded rooms, one with a sink, the other with ensuite shower room. Guests are welcome to push the twin beds together for couples who prefer ';doubles'.The bedrooms are all spacious and 3 can accommodate an extra mattress on the floor if necessary.

Or take the open top bus across the ferry to Bournmouth or the steam railway in swanage to Corfe Castle for a great day out.

Just a few miles from swanage there is horseriding and boat hire on the 3 miles of sandy beach at Studland.Or try fossil hunting at Kimmeridge Bay ,Monkey world at Wareham and the Tank Museum at Bovington.

For walkers there is the south coastal footpath with miles of stunning scenery and great pubs.Walk straight from the house up to Ballard Down and either down to Harrys Rocks or along the ridge to Corfe Castle, taking in the views of Poole Harbour.Or walk along the beach through the town and up to Durlston Castle then along the cliffs of the Jurassic coast.
