29 The Haven is a lovely apartment with attractive features arranged on three floors with curved staircases and the living area at the top. There are spectacular sea views from the sun terrace and sitting room. The Haven is situated at the quieter end of Swanage by Peveril Point. It's still only a two minute walk into the heart of Swanage. The Haven comfortably sleeps 6/7 within two bedrooms and has two allocated parking spaces outside the front door. Swanage is a great holiday destination for all ages, there is something for everyone. It is a gateway to the fascinating World Heritage Jurassic Coast, has a famous steam railway providing regular trips to Corfe Castle and is surrounded by beautiful Purbeck countryside (much written about by Enid Blyton). There are sandy beaches, crabbing off Stone Quay, strolls along the restored pier, incredible coastal walks to Durlston and Old Harry. Swanage is also full of great places to eat, from cafes to fine dining, a few of these will be listed on my website. There is an interesting selection of shops, but also lots of great facilities including pitch and putt, boat trips, scuba diving, tennis courts, theatre/cinema pedalo hire and the traditional Punch & Judy shows on the beach! The apartment's convenient location means it's right on hand for all the attractions with little need for a car. Both bedrooms have king size double beds and one room also has triple bunk beds. Both rooms have en suite bathrooms and there is also an additional toilet on the ground floor. Please message me through this website if you would like to ask any questions. Great Location and good accommodation.
The apartment is in a great location, near town with parking for 2 cars. 2 double bedrooms both ensuite. The main reception room, lounge/dining room/ kitchen is on the higher floor. We had a few small issues. 3 light bulbs were not working, the smoke alarm battery was flat and the alarm constantly bleeped and the radiator in the lounge was cold for the entire stay.

Perfect stay!
Just recently returned from a fantastic stay at 29 the Haven, our second in the last few months. The house is perfectly situation up by Peveril point which is quiet and peaceful, whilst only being less than a five minute stroll to the centre of Swanage and it’s pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. The house has wonderful sea views over old Harry’s rocks and an amazing roof terrace (although too chilly to use in early February which gives us the perfect excuse to book again in the warmer months!) Throughout Victoria was wonderful and replied to all enquires quickly and politely, and I have already recommended this place to all my family and friends. Looking forward to our next stay!

Stunning location
Wonderful views of Swanage bay and if you’re lucky enough to have good weather there’s a great terrace off the lounge. The Haven is lovely but I would say that I think it needs to be made clearer when you book that you need to take sheets, duvet covers and towels with you. I didn’t realise until the final details came through just days before we went, probably because I assumed they would be provided. Also the information needs a little update, there is no dryer just a washing machine and the instructions for the cooker are for a previous one. That said we had a great time, in comfortable accommodation.

5*amazing apartments wow
Absolutely amazing holiday in a beautiful part of swanage. We stayed in number 14 the haven called "pebbles". Very clean and spotless. Comfy, snuggly beds so quiet at night. We all slept so well!! Not a single fault. Amazing views. Apartment spread over 3 floors! Want to go back straight away. Got in a 3pm on the Friday we arrived 2nd august to a very clean fresh apartment. Stunning views and so much to do around swanage. Great atmosphere. We caught 2 days of the swanage festival. Sea gate key that is provided is brilliant. We spent alot of time on the beach by us which is Swanage sailing club. And on the jettys near the lifeboat station. Had brilliant weather from Friday 2nd august to Friday 9th august. Blue skies, sunny and coming back to such a lovely apartment made it so relaxing. Absolutely 5* and worth the price.

The perfect place to stay in Swanage, great views, great accomodation, just perfect!
Having visited Swanage all my life I have always wanted to stay at 'The Haven' complex. In fact as a child I remember them being built in the 1980's! I have to say I was not disappointed by my stay. The location of this property is amazing, it is close to the town centre and just a few minutes holiday paced meander to the seafront. It's a great position for many walks, peveril point and of course the victorian pier. You can never tire of Swanage, it really is the perfect holiday destination. Safe sandy beaches and a holiday paced way of living. We're always totally relaxed when we're in Swanage. Even our teenage kids love Swanage! The upsidedown living of this accomodation, made the best use of the stunning views over Swanage bay, and for us we saw the most amazing sunsets too. The sun terrace is a great outside space and 2 carports were definately a bonus as free parking in Swanage can be tricky during the holiday season. The accomodation's Kitchen and Bathrooms (of which there is 3 toilets!) has been recently refurbished to a high specification. It really is a lovely place to stay. Thanks for letting us stay and we will definitely be back again soon, We hope to be frequent visitors to this accomodation.

Outstanding location, perfect for unwinding fo a few days
The apartment is on the sea front near the Lifeboat station. Location is great for coastal walks and only 5 minutes walk to the shops.The kitchen and bathrooms have just had a makeover and has been well improved. We have stayed here many times and have just booked another week later on in the year Cannot wait to relax and take in that sea air.

Fabulous
We are having a fabulous holiday at the Haven. The house is really lovely. Comfor table & with everything here we could want. We loved sitting on the terrace with a drink enjoying the sea views & lucky for us fab weather. Great to have Swanage town so near. We would love to come back for another holiday some time in the near future. We envy Vicki owning such a lovely place, & glad we could enjoy a week here.

Great location - home from home
We've been renting this two storey apartment for a few years now, the location is great with sea views from the lounge and master double with a bright modern open living space and kitchen, plus en-suites in both bedrooms and BBQ terrace overlooking the sea too. Perfect for a family break, only 10 minutes stroll into the centre of Swanage.

29 The Haven Swanage
The location of this property is second to none with its top floor views over Swanage Bay and out towards The Needles. The town is just a short stroll away and Durlston Country Park is only a slightly longer walk (about 30 minutes). The accommodation itself was totally fine with the master decision making the top floor the living area. All in all a very enjoyable holiday in a very nice accommodation.
