Self contained annex in a peaceful shared home in Bevendean. This is a nicely decorated annex big enough for two people. There is a double bed situated on a small yet comfy mezzanine. There is a area you can make light meals that has microwave and fridge. There is an en-suite shower and toilet. This is a very friendly and quiet neighborhood. The annex is better suited for younger people unless you are OK going up and down the stairs to sleep on the mezzanine. No party animals please! This is a place where you can relax and feel at home in a beautiful south facing garden.

About the neighbourhood
This area is ideal for nature lovers, writers, artists or students being very close to the universities. It is situated in a very green leafy part of Brighton on the edge of the Downs yet only 30 minutes on the bus to Brighton town center so you can have the best of both worlds here. There is a shop in our road that sells most of the things you would need and a very nice pub selling food only 10 minutes walk away. We are passionate about the environment so do our best to conserve water,energy and recycle. We grow some of our own food. We are based on the edge of the downs so this spot is great for walking. We are close to Brighton and Sussex University.
Getting around
We have a bus stop at the end of our road that takes you directly into town. We alos have Moulsecoomb train station which is 20 minutes walk from us.
