Modern three bedroom property set over three floors and with a garden. The North Laine area of Brighton is probably the most central area of Brighton. 5-10 minute walk to the train station, every shop, restaurant and attraction within minutes of leaving the house. The seafront is also a 10 minute walk. Three bedrooms comprise of the master king bedroom at the top of the house with an en-suite shower room. The second has a king bed and the third a double bed and have built in wardrobes and are on the first floor along with the family bathroom. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink, toilet and heated towel rail. We have communication with you from the first point of your enquiry until after you leave. Should you have a question or query we are happy to help. The whole property is rented to the guests with the exception of a few cupboards. During your stay we will meet you on arrival to give you keys and show you around. We will then be on call should a problem arise. The rest of the time you will be left to enjoy the property.

About the neighbourhood
The property is located between the North Laine area and the centre of Brighton meaning you get the best of both worlds! The North Laine is full of independent shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and markets whilst the town centre has all your high street favourites. The seafront and pier is a 10 minute walk and all popular attractions can be easily walked to from the property. Although Portland Street is right in the centre of Brighton, it is a quiet residential street, meaning you can enjoy a peaceful nights sleep before heading back out into the bustling city.
Getting around
Portland Street is right in the heart of Brighton meaning you can walk to most of the attractions the City has to offer. If you are looking to go further afield, Brighton train station is a 10 minute walk or you can catch a bus from North Street which is located at the end of the road.
Taxi's are fairly quick to order and not bad in price.
Brighton has Bike Hire programme. You can hire one of the many light green bikes and leave at one of the many locations throughout the city. Please follow instructions on the bikes on how to hire.

The house is in central Brighton and as of the 24th June 2018 benefits from a private secure parking space for one car. The post code is BN1 1RN should you wish to look up the exact location.
Brighton mainline train station is a 5-10 minute walk from the house. You can also get the train from London and be in Brighton in just over an hour.
There are buses to Brighton and the main bus station is located by the Pier and also a 10 minute walk from the house.
Driving to Brighton is straight forward but can be busy during good weather or when there are public holidays or special events like Pride. Take extra time to travel as there maybe delays.
