The cottage was very cute and sweet and well styled. It was smaller than we anctipated, the photos were deceiving a little. Although 8 people could sleep in the cottage, it is more suitable for 5 people. If you use the settees you can not get into the kitchen lounge area as its so small and there is a double...

Additional Rate and Availability Information
All advertised prices are based on up to 6 occupants. We can sleep up to 8 with use of 2 large sofa beds, for a 50GBP supplement each. Please add when booking. 3 nights minimum stay in order to cover costs. We understand that guests may choose not to stay on the third night but the advantage is no early check-out and you have use of the house all day to store your luggage and freshen up before you travel home. We do not offer a discount for a shorter stay. Our weekly break check-in days are flexible but never run Saturday to Saturday. 75GBP supplement over a Bank holiday / Pride weekend. We cannot reserve dates without a deposit. A 300GBP security deposit is required prior to your stay as insurance against any undue loss, damage or excessive mess. This is refunded within 7 days after you vacate.

The house is perfectly situated in the heart of the famous Lanes, very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. You will be spoilt for things to do.

The property is right in the city centre by the seafront so easily approached by public transport.
Trains from London Victoria arrive every 30mins (journey time approx 50mins). There is always a great queue of taxi's outside the train station, the fare around £5 to the house or it's a 7 minute walk.
The coach station is 3 minutes walk away.
Gatwick Airport is approx 40 minutes by train, coach or car.
The house is in such a central location, a car is not necessary to enjoy the city. All the major attractions are accessible on foot or short cab ride.
While there is no car-parking space with the property there is a handy car park on the adjacent street. I can advise on free park and stroll options too.
