The apartment offers a quiet and comfortable retreat in a central location, giving you the freedom to come and go as you please but providing the comforts of home. This elegant apartment offers self-catering accommodation for up to 4 people. The living area has a comfortable double sofa bed. The bathroom is stocked with complimentary toiletries and has a full size bath and shower (over bath). The bedroom provides a comfortable double bed. A laundry change and apartment clean will be provided for guests staying longer than a week, which will be arranged at a convenient time for you.

Brilliant location just off the main road between Brighton Pier and the Marina. Very comfortable clean apartment and good to have the added extras of tea,coffee, milk and toiletries. Lots to do round and about within walking distance. Great not having to move the car every day. We had a lovely time. Could not have asked for better weather. Would...

A very comfortable stay (despite the weather!) at Olivia's cosy apartment in quirky, cool Kemptown . . .stayed with my mum and nine year old daughter and the space and location was perfect! Two minutes from the sea and two minutes from the fantastic vintage shops and independent cafes and bars that Kemptown has to offer. Olivia was very helpful...

Just ten minutes walk from Brighton Pier, Kemptown village boasts an array of amenities; nice places to eat and drink, a small supermarket, independent grocery shops, and antique shops. It is close to Brighton Marina which has a cinema, shops, restaurants, bowling alley and large supermarket. Try the undercliff walk from Brighton Marina to the pretty village of Rottingdean.

Only an hour away from London by train and half an hour from Gatwick airport, Brighton is in a fantastic location for local exploration and to venture further afield.
