This AA 4 star Gold awarded 1 bed Brighton Holiday apartment ticks all the boxes!: beautifully presented with good size private patio terrace, just seconds from Brighton Beach, 5 minutes stroll to Brighton Pier and 10 minutes to the new i360 Tower, easy access to everywhere! with parking too!

The Parking space is available in high season for £8 a day: a 50% saving on the usual on street meter price in the area which is £15.60 a day!
We charge £5 a day out of season.

Excellent accommodation on Brighton sea front. Very impressed by the cleanliness of the property and the welcome that we received from Tina. Location very good for the Pier, Marina and The Lanes shopping, good restaurants nearby. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property to my friends and if we are in Brighton again we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Excellent location and owner. The Apartment is unbeatable. Extremely clean (fresh) the scent when you enter wow!!The beach is a stone throw with Brighton Pier two minutes walk. we had a great time and we will definitely go back again. Thanks again Tina

All 1-4 night bookings incur a charge of 3 x weekend nightly rate. (i.e. 1-4 night stays are charged the same)

2 night bookings available outside of peak or bank holiday weekends ie Pride, Brighton marathon etc but with a £30 short stay supplement and £30 cleaning fee.

Located just a pebble's throw from Brighton Pier, the famous South Lanes, The Royal Pavilion, American Express, Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton College & a number of language schools, this property would suit those visiting Brighton for work or play. Buses run along Marine Parade every 10 minutes for easy access to everywhere in Brighton & also along St James Street We suggest downloading the buses app for live bus times. Brighton train station is about 10 to 15 minutes away. Streamline Taxis operate throughout the city. They can be waived down kerbside or pre ordered. Or jumo in a taxi from Brighton Station. Double Decker tourist buses run along the seafront.
