This ground floor one bedroom flat is in a perfect location close to the beach and a short walk into central Brighton. Ideal for a small family, or if you are here visiting friends or on a business trip.
A large living room with a sofa bed enables you to sleep up to four adults plus one baby (travel cot and high chair can be supplied but please bring your own cot sheets) and a small garden with a decked area provides you with the outdoor space to relax in.
If you are looking for location this is it! Waterloo Street is literally minutes from the beach and also a short walking distance to the centre of Brighton.

Attractive, well managed and very well located holiday flat in Brunswick Town, Hove. Basic but adequate inventory. Sleeps 4 but best for 2. Friendly and helpful landlord and staff.

Very close to the sea front and easy access to all the shops. The flat has everything you'd need for your stay. Had a great time!

Waterloo Street is in the popular area of Brunswick. Originally the Regency squares and crescents on the waterfront were for the privileged and Waterloo Street is no exception with a great community and some hidden gems of pubs, restaurants and The Old Market has some great shows and entertainment.

You don't really need a car as you can walk everywhere from the property.
There are good bus links and the train station is a 15 minute walk should you want to visit London or other destinations.
