In your personal Holiday Information pack we will send you the key code to the key safe for your stay. You can then collect the keys whatever time you arrive. At the end of your stay simply return the keys to the key safe. The information pack will give instructions on locating the park and our caravan. It also includes information on local supermarkets, places to eat and beaches.

Lovely, well equipped caravan had everything we needed. Well kept park, friendly staff. Peaceful in October. Walking distance to the local pub The Comet which serves good food.

Thanks for the feedback. Can back up your comment on The Comet. After being on park for 11 years and driving past if frequently we finally went in there for dinner in August and the food was excellent - it is now one of our recommended eating places.

We stayed in this caravan for 2 weeks and had a great time. The caravan was lovely and clean and th. furniture was really comfy. We would highly recommend this caravan to our family and friends

A £80 security bond is charged for all breaks. This is usually refunded once the caravan has been checked after departure. Payment can be made by credit or debit card to Trip Advisior / Holiday Lettings who will hold your payment on your behalf. We can also arrange your Haven Fun works passes for you if required. Passes are not required to stay in our caravan but will be needed to gain access to the Haven entertainment complex including the swimming pools, bars, restaurants and Live lounge. Passes are priced individually based on the aged of the guests staying in our caravan. Guests aged 16 and over are charged the adult rate, guests aged 4 - 15 are charged the child rate, under 4 do not require a pass.

About the neighbourhood
In Hastings there is a Castle, Smugglers Adventure Caves, East and West Hill cliff railways, Aquarium, Fisherman's Museum, Shipwreck Heritage Centre and the popular Adventure Golf on the sea front (3 18-hole courses)

In near by Battle there is the Abbey. Also nearby is Bodiam Castle, Kent and East Sussex Steam Railway (why not make a day of it and take the steam train from Tenterden (free parking) to Bodiam Castle). The historic Town of Rye and the wonderful sandy beach at Camber Sands.

In Hastings there is always something going on. In May they have a Jack in the Green festival. In August there is the Old Town Carnival week and in October they have Hastings Week culminating in a massive parade, bonfire and fireworks display.

With a bus stop right outside the park it is easy to get around if you do not have your own car.

There is a regular bus services from the Hastings Town Railway Station or taxis always available. Just 1 hour from London. More frequent bus services that stop close to the park run between Hastings and Eastbourne- if using these there is a short walk up a steep hill to the park entrance. Regular train service to Ashford (Eurostar), London & Brighton. Hastings has four railway stations the nearest to the park being West St Leonards on the London line.
