Where possible, we generally like to welcome our guests by checking them in ourselves. On rare occasions we provide key safe information. We live a few miles up the hill in Stow on the Wold so are generally on hand if needed.

The cottage is very comfortable, clean and well supplied. It is centrally located and close to many restaurants and activities. Our contact with the owner was prompt and efficient. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Located in a small valley amongst the gentle rolling hills of the Cotswolds, Bourton-on-the-Water is a ‘must see’ for all visitors to the area.
Often referred to as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’ because of the attractive little bridges that cross the gently flowing River Windrush, which runs through the centre of the village. Bourton has a charm all of its own at any time of the year.
There is much to see in Bourton on the Water and it is suitable for visitors of all ages especially families. Visit Birdland Park and Gardens, the Model Village and the Motor Museum. The area surrounding Bourton is a walker’s paradise with numerous footpaths crisscrossing the countryside. and the nature reserve where you can enjoy natural meadows.
