Prospect House is the perfect property for a peaceful and tranquil holiday. Amenities: Heating with woodburning stove. AGA with multiple ovens, induction hob, microwave, larder kitchen, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine rack. TV with Sky Movies, surround sound, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Ample off road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Large garden with table and chairs. Hot Tub beneath a wooden chalet. Note: There is a small pond in the garden, there is a safety mesh in place but we suggest that children are not left unattended in the garden at any time. Note: This property requires a refundable Good House Keeping Bond of £400 payable to the owner prior to arrival. Region: Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area. Town: Painswick is a town and civil parish in Gloucestershire. The town originated from the wool trade, but is now best known for its parish church’s yew trees and the local Rococo Garden. The village is mainly constructed of locally quarried Cotswold Stone. It stands on a hill in the Stroud district which overlooks one of the Five Valleys. It is home to a cricket and rugby team and has a popular golf course on the outskirts of the town. There is a local pubs such as The Oak and the Falcon Inn which offer real ales, real fires and a courtyard. Three miles from town you will find the foot of Painswick Beacon which affords vast views across the Gloucester and the Welsh Black Mountains.More
