Outside of peak periods booking is completely flexible - stay any number of nights arriving on any day.

The tabled prices give the approximate per night seasonal rates for two night weekends or three night weekday stays - shorter stay rates will be higher, longer stay per night rates will be lower.

Sunday is discounted to less than the weekday rate for three night weekend stays (except for Bank Holiday weekends).

Minimum stays apply for peak booking periods & Bank Holiday weekends.

Standard check in from 4pm, standard check out by 10am.

Late & all day check out times are available for additional cost, early & all day check in also available.

With far too many local attractions to list separately suffice to say that there is something for everyone from country house gardens, canals, wildlife & world class antiques, to assorted outdoor activities including rambling, electric bike hire, paragliding, ballooning, private tours and guided walks.
Getting around
Ideally situated:-
Within easy reach of both M4 and M5 motorways.
Just a 5 minute walk from Stroud Railway Station which is on the mainline to London - 90 minutes from Paddington.
Heathrow Airport is about 2 hours whether by private car or public transport via the national coach service plus taxi from Cirencester.

Location - Stroud Town Centre (on the edge of the pedestrian only zone), Gloucestershire, South Cotswolds.

Main line rail to London, Paddington - 90 minutes - Stroud Station is a short walk from the property.

Quirky shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs & clubs (please don't book if passers by in a town centre locality will disturb you).

Waitrose is a five minute walk. Countryside & canal walks start within a 10 minute stroll from the property.

No allocated parking - there is a public car park opposite the police station one minute walk - cost £2.50/day or free overnight & Sundays. For arrival & departure there are free loading/unloading bays just behind the property for a short stay of up one hour.
