The Bailiff’s Cottage is a recently converted Cotswold stone barn just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Tetbury yet on the fringes of stunning Cotswold countryside - picturesque walks are literally on the doorstep.

The bright and airy open-plan cottage is beautifully appointed throughout. The cottage sleeps 4 adults/children plus one infant in the two bedrooms and there is also a single chair bed available in the living area to accommodate an extra person. All accommodation is on the ground floor. There is a smart TV with DVD player and free WiFi. Underfloor heating keeps the cottage warm and cosy in winter whilst in summer the thick stone walls keep it cool and fresh. Outside there is a patio and generous parking and views over the owners paddock, which you are welcome to enjoy during your stay.

I live very close to the cottage and you will pass my house to walk into town. I like to give guests the privacy to enjoy our lovely outdoor space but I am easily contactable for help with bookings, ideas for places to go, and anything-else needed.

For beautiful countryside walks just head straight out of the door!
There are a number of really good pubs and restaurants in town that you can walk to. There is also a range of very good shops on the high street, including an excellent butcher, bakery, cheese shop and wine merchant, a Co-op and a pharmacy. A Tesco store is nearby.
Westonbirt Arboretum and the Highgrove Estate are under 3 miles away. The historic Abbey town of Malmesbury is 5 miles away
Bath and Bristol are 40 mins drive away.
Getting around
Town is a short walk so a car isn't necessary once you arrive.
The local bus network has stops in town, about a 5 min walk from the cottage.
Taxis can be booked locally.
Kemble train station is 7 miles away and connects to London Paddington.
