Dovecote barn has a high standard of comfort and cooking arrangements with open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. This includes a log fire at one end and large south facing windows all along the garden side, with french doors opening onto an enclosed patio garden. WHEELCHAIR USERS: The approach to the property has dropped kerb parking 3 metres from front door with level path and only needing a small ramp (supplied) to enter over the front door lip (8 cms). The main living and eating areas require no steps. We have a downstairs bedroom (kingsize double bed) with en suite wet room and shower seat. Upstairs, off the oak balustrade landing, we have another en suite double bedroom (kingsize) and 2 more twin bedrooms with separate bathroom (wc, bath and shower). There is underfloor heating with oak flooring downstairs, thick, fitted wool carpet on the stairs and above.
