I'm delighted to present this accomodation to you. A beautifully presented 3rd floor apartment with lift. Located a stones throw away from the stunning seafront walk and sports a leisure facilities. With excellent views of the sea, one of King Henry's forts and not forgetting the Isle of Wight, this apartment is a cut above the rest. A short walk to the common, both piers, Clarence and South parade, and Southsea shopping area and dining selection to suit all tastes, is less than 10 minutes walk away. If you're a shopaholic but like to take in the culture too then a visit to Gunwharf Quays and the Historic dockyard is a must do. The period building has been converted into flats with a private off road parking space at the rear of the building, a real plus this close to the sea front.
