Lovely place. Mike is an extremely helpful and kind host . Don't worry, he leaves after showing you all the great features of the place . Hang your hat is ideally located near the centre of Winchester. Also near the Station.

The cottage was perfectly located to explore Winchester. Mike was very helpful in supplying directions, parking permits and recommendations for pubs/restaurants. The Cottage is in a quiet street with just a short walk to the centre of Winchester with its award winning restaurants and pubs, nestled around the oldest High Street in England. Close by you have the Cathedral and beautiful walks through the Water Meadows where Keats was inspired to write 'Ode to Autumn. Even nearer are two great pubs, The Hyde Tavern and Mucky Duck, and you are only 3 minutes away from the train station with fours trains an hour to London Waterloo. You also have the Theatre Royal and the Discovery Centre right on your doorstep as well and more fantastic walks around the Winnall Moors nature reserve.

We have permit car parking which is complimentary with your stay.
